We build things
worth keeping.
Kalpantar is an AI-native venture group. We turn real problems into living products — made with intent, proven with customers, and kept only when they earn their place. Value first, built in the open.
Two ventures live · building in the open
The cost of starting a company just collapsed.
Work that used to need a team of ten — research, building, the day-to-day — can now be done by one person directing AI. Kalpantar is built for that world: not one big bet, but a machine that launches many, keeps what works, and lets the rest go.

One engine. Many ventures.
Every venture runs the same path — from a real problem to a live product that earns its place. Three principles hold at every step.
01Value before vanity
We build only what genuinely helps someone. If it doesn't create real value, it doesn't ship.
02Proven, or it doesn't ship
Every venture is tested against real customers before it scales. Reality decides, not opinion.
03Held lightly
We grow what earns its place and retire what doesn't — without ego, without waste.
Source
Scan real problems worth solving.
Qualify
Score against demand, economics and fit — before we build.
Design
Shape the smallest product that could work.
Prove
Put it in front of real customers and measure.
Systematize
Automate what works into a repeatable engine.
Scale or Sunset
Grow the winners; retire the rest, without ego.
Three streams, one engine.
The engine is domain-agnostic. Today it's pointed at three streams where a small, AI-native team has an unfair advantage.
Automation for underserved businesses
Software that quietly does the work a small business can't afford to hire for.
Global digital products
Focused tools for a worldwide audience, built lean and sold direct.
AI media & community
Making AI legible and useful for the people it usually leaves behind — in plain language, at scale.
Recovering the patients clinics lose to missed calls.
An AI resume builder that rewrites your bullets, scores against ATS, and tailors every application — sold direct, worldwide.
Nine working documents for the UK's 30 October 2026 harassment duty — not what the law says, but what proves you did it.
We only list what actually exists. Three ventures live today — this is where the next ones will appear.
A founder, building in the open.
Kalpantar is led by Harsh Punn — a builder whose fascination with technology began not with code, but with sound. Long before software, he was producing and composing music, using technology to turn an idea into something real. The medium has changed; the instinct never did.
Seven years at sea with the Merchant Navy — commanding multinational crews across fifty-plus global voyages, topping his Chief Mate exam nationally — taught him objective thinking and crisis-grade judgment. He carried that ashore into building operations from zero across FMCG, e-commerce, fintech and logistics: owning P&Ls, leading 90-plus-person teams, learning how real businesses work and where they quietly break.
Then he taught himself to build. Over the last year he's shipped production AI systems hands-on — CRMs, document-AI pipelines, and agents that run operations around the clock — without an engineering team. Kalpantar is where that capability turns on its own ventures: no outside capital yet, built in public, with a stake in every outcome it creates.
“I win when you win. That's the whole model — not a tagline.”
Proof, when it's earned.
No borrowed quotes. This is where verified customer words will live — starting with Rally's first clinics.
The first verified customer quote lands here.
And the next, as the work proves itself.
When a customer says something worth quoting, it appears here — with their name on it. Until then, this space stays honestly empty.
The founding cohort.
The first companies to build with Kalpantar will be named here — real logos, once they've said yes. No borrowed brands, no placeholder trust.
When a company trusts Kalpantar with real work, its name earns a place on this wall — not before.
We build in public.
No press releases. The wins, the misses, and what we learned go out as they happen — follow along, or get it straight to your inbox.
Every claim on this page is real.
No stock ventures, no invented clients, no metrics we can't stand behind. A section only appears when there's something real to put in it — and the moment there is, this page shows it.
